It has been a very hot week end the one just ended up at Sant’Egidio Val Vibrata (TE) which has held the last round of the Italian ACI Karting Championship. Manuel Scognamiglio started the week end with a lot of pressure over him for being in a tight fight with the english driver Macintyre for the 60 Mini crown. For the entire week end they have fought, heat after heat, but a penalty collected by the Gamoto-Tony Kart driver in Race 1 has definately deleted any chance for him to grab the italian title. In race 2 the driver from Naples has putted the maximun effort to keep, anyway, under pressure Macintyre scoring a very great 2nd place. At Val Vibrata all the Gamoto drivers have shown a very good pace. Bondarev was very competitive in two of four heats ending 6th and 8th overall in Race 1-2 (1st and 2nd Rookie) with the team mate Capuano who is every race quicker. The italian driver ended the event with a very great Rookie’s podium in Race 1 (14th overall). Unlucky week end for th chinese Cui who had avery good pace but forced to end only 30th and 18th afetr some contact  on track. Next stop for the Gamoto-Tony Kart team: ROK Cup Italia at Adria (RO).
